This Privacy Policy explains what data Apex Golf collects, where it is stored, which processors we use, and the rights available to users globally, including GDPR-related erasure rights for EU residents.
Data We Collect
Apex Golf may collect your email address, name, account profile data, uploaded swing videos, generated analysis results, practice history, subscription state, device information, and product usage events.
Storage and Infrastructure
Application data is stored in Supabase infrastructure hosted in US-East. Uploaded media and related delivery layers may also be cached or delivered through Cloudflare-managed infrastructure for performance and reliability.
Third-Party Processors
We use Stripe for billing, Cloudflare for delivery and storage edge services, PostHog for product analytics, Sentry for error monitoring, and Anthropic (Claude) for parts of our AI analysis pipeline.
How We Use Data
Your data is used to authenticate your account, process subscriptions, generate AI swing analysis, improve product quality, monitor reliability, and provide customer support.
Your Rights
You may request access to your data, export a copy of your account information, or ask us to delete your data. Users in the European Union may also exercise GDPR rights, including the right to erasure, subject to legal retention requirements.
Retention and Deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. Verified deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
