Refund Policy
This policy explains how Apex Golf handles free trials, subscription cancellation, and refund eligibility across plan types.
Free Trial
New subscribers are not charged until the free trial ends. If you cancel before the trial expiry, no subscription charge is applied.
Monthly Plans
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation prevents renewal for the next billing cycle, but no refund is issued for the current active monthly period.
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a prorated refund if requested within 30 days of the initial annual charge. After that period, refunds are generally not available except where required by law.
