Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Apex Golf. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the service with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Paid plans automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before renewal. Monthly and annual subscriptions continue until cancelled from your billing settings or through support.

Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current active billing period except where stated in the refund policy or required by law.

You may use Apex Golf only for personal training, coaching collaboration, and lawful golf improvement activities. You may not commercially redistribute analysis reports, resell platform outputs, reverse engineer the service, or use the product to infringe others’ rights.

You retain ownership of the swing videos and source media that you upload. By using Apex Golf, you grant Apex a limited licence to store, process, transform, and analyze that content solely to provide analysis, coaching workflows, support, and product improvement.

Apex Golf provides AI-assisted training insights for educational use. The platform does not guarantee handicap reduction, tournament outcomes, or any specific performance improvement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from the use of Apex Golf will be resolved in Singapore and handled through the legal entity CTech Ventures, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
